The Law Offices of Russell Gerney is located in the heart of Elm Grove, in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Mr. Gerney has turned an older home into his office and has been practicing from this location for almost 10 years.
We are a small firm. We pride ourselves in our client's comfort as well as maintaining their privacy. As our slogan
states, your case matters. We treat each client and their case with the utmost honesty and respect.
Russell Gerney has an assistant, Tammy, to aid him with his practices needs. Tammy not only assists him in the day
to day office requirements, but she also assist client's with various needs and does her best to answer client questions, when and where she is able. Tammy is the only other person, in the office, who will have any knowledge of your case.
Russell Gerney also has an office mascot (aka cat), and frequently a comfort to his clients. She is Justice, the law
office kitty. Justice is a rescued black cat and feels it is her absolute duty to greet each client that comes to our office. Justice also knows there are some people who are not comfortable with cats and asks that you let her humans know before you arrive at the office so that she can be safely put in another room as to not disturb or upset you in any way.
